Another load of information...

Hello Everyone.....again.

Right, the notice board is now up and running again, sorry about that.
FYI...
  • I am now in the process of going through all the documents and converting them to PDF to make it easier to open for you.
  • Also, i have added the following link to the links section at the bottom of the page, http://www.pullbuoy.co.uk/time2.html, it is a time converter, from long course to short course, and vice versa, its a very useful tool.
  • I have re-ordered everything to make the information easier to locate(all the files to the right), under Kevin's watchful eye with where I put everything.
We will be posting less and less I promise you, its just where trying to organise all the information on here, because there is a hell of a lot of it.

Keep me the feedback coming, and thanks for all your support,

Ryan.

Personal Best Times

Hello Everyone!

We have compiled a useful PB master sheet which is up to date as of the latest rankings and results from the Yorkshires at the weekend, we use it as an aid for coaching, and thought it might be useful for gala entries etc.
Please email either of us if any of the times need correcting, we just  need the time, along with where and when the meet was.
See the link below for the PB sheet, it will also be in the Documents to the right.
Thanks for your co-operation.

The First Post

Welcome to C Central's Virtual Notice Board.

Here information will be posted regularly for swimmers and parents which will help you during your time in C Central.

We will upload to this blog such information as, specific meet entries for C Central, when gala entry deadlines are, our group's plan for the rest of the season, personal best times, newsletters and general updates about the squad.

We will occasionally carry out test sets, be this a timed set or a stroke count set all results may be recorded so the swimmers and coaches can see if the swimmers are progressing, whilst giving us good opportunity to examine individual stroke techniques in a more competitive setting. These results will be posted on the blog for all the swimmers to look and keep track of their own progressions.

Documents will also be posted on how swimmers can achieve their full potential, nutritional information and advice on how parents can be the best sporting parents to help their support and swimmers through their sporting careers.

If you have any queries or problems please catch me or Ryan after the sessions and we will do the best to help you in any way we can. Alternatively our contact details are available on our coaches profile page.

Yours in swimming

The C Central Coaching Team.
