SUPER SPRINTERS!

Some really good sprinting by the Regional Squads at Sheffield and some amazing times. You should all be very pleased with yourselves. Keep up the hard work in training and keep working towards Harrogate, Doncaster & NER's.

Regional 1

Overall as a group you achieved 49 PB's out of 68 Swims, 1 Silver Medal, 1 Bronze Medal, 6 Final Swims and 18 Top 10 Finishes.
