Training Changes

Hi All,

Due to squads competing over the weekend in Sheffield there will be the following training changes.

Regional Development
Friday 22nd July = 19:00 - 20:00 (1 Hour only - No Land Training)
Saturday 23rd July = No Training (Squad Competing)
Monday 25th July = No Am Training (Recovery)

Regional Performance
