Great Start to 2017 at the City of Leeds January Meet

A good weekend of racing in our home pool at the weekend. It was great to see the first racing of 2017. We are looking forward to watching some quality swimming at the Yorkshire's in February. Over all...........

Regional Development achieved 150 Pb's out of 221 Swims, 31 more Yorkshire Qualifying Times, 15 Gold Medals, 14 Silver Medals, 15 Bronze Medals and 120 4th - 10th place finishes. Brilliant!

City of Leeds January Meet 2017 Results

For some of you this was your last meet in Regional Development. Good Luck to those swimmers who were promoted to Regional Performance and I hope you are looking forward to taking on the challenge of your new squad.

We have now started the block of training which will take us into the Yorkshire's. Keep training hard, try to attend every session to prepare your body ready to SMASH the Yorkshire's!
