Welsh Summer Championships 2017

Hi All,

Thank you to everyone that attended the information evening on Monday. Those of you that couldn't make it I have have sent out all the information and handouts by email. Included is the Welsh Summer Nationals Meet pack, meet schedule and also the qualifying times.

Once again this trip has been generously subsidised by the City of Leeds Swimming Club, which has kept the cost of this year's logistics and catering for Welsh Summer Championships at £380.00 (not including entry fees). This includes, transportation, over-night stays and food (on arrival).

A deposit of £110.00 is due no later than Monday 5^th June. Final Payments will be taken no later than Monday 11^th July. (If you wish to pay in full this is more than acceptable).

So we can be organised well in advance of the trip please put the dates below in your diaries;

• Friday 9th June at 9am – Online Entries

• Monday 5th June - Last day for deposits, code of conduct forms, medical forms, lunch forms, T shirt sizes to Kim Mathias or Jo Yeomans

• Monday 10th July - Last day for final payments Kim Mathias or Jo Yeomans

The Open Meet entry system will open Wednesday 9^th June at 9:00am. This entry system is an online system. Swimmers (Parents) must enter themselves. The meet is held over 7 days so we advise swimmers to enter ALL events that they qualify in. As this is always a particularly busy meet, we cannot stress how important it is that entries are made as soon as it opens on Friday at 9:00am.
