1500m Time Trial

Hi All,

This Thursday mornings session (20th July) will be open to all Regional Swimmers who wish to take part in a 1500m Time Trial. Swimmers will have 20 Minutes to Warm Up before the Time Trial takes place. There will be no Land Training this Thursday Am. Swimmers can leave once they have completed the Time Trial and swum down.

Swimmers who do not wish to take part in the Time Trial please have the morning off as this will not be a normal session.
